    National Board for Technical Education

  • JAMB

    Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board

Almadina College of Nursing Sciences was founded to develop knowledgeable, clinically competent and compassionate nurses. Students learn the science of nursing in the classroom and the discipline, teamwork and responsibility of the profession on the wards.

Accreditation

In 2024 the College received approval from:

  • the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
  • the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE)
  • the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB)

Clinical learning

Because the College sits beside Almadina Hospital, students gain supervised experience in medical and surgical nursing, outpatient and inpatient care, emergency care, the laboratory and the pharmacy. Where a programme needs wider exposure, the College arranges placements with other approved clinical institutions.

What we expect of our graduates

Excellent nurses need more than knowledge. Our graduates leave with clinical skill, compassion, discipline, integrity, clear communication and a firm sense of their duty to patients and society.
